Rosemary vinegar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 5 minutes

If necessary, wash the rosemary sprigs and place them in a suitable container with the vinegar. Let everything stand for two weeks at room temperature away from direct light. Then strain through cheesecloth and pour the finished vinegar into a container. You can also use apple cider vinegar, but I prefer white balsamic vinegar, as it’s less acidic and smoother. But that’s a matter of taste.
