Fondue sauce curry chutney

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples, sour
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney, ready from the jar
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, e.g. Madras Curry
  • 100 g mayonnaise, 25% fat
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and then finely grate them. Add the mango chutney, breaking up any remaining pieces with a knife or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chili powder.
