Food combining – rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 80 ml buttermilk
  • 60 ml rapeseed oil
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g honey, liquid
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour (type 550)
  • 1 bag of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine buttermilk, oil, quark, honey, and vanilla sugar. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the wet ingredients. Form 10 rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the rolls with buttermilk. Bake at 175°C (convection oven; do not preheat) for about 20 minutes. Delicious with jam.
