- At first we were all busy collecting mushrooms in the forest ….. boletus, chestnuts, red feet, butter mushrooms. Then it had to be cleaned and it was really worth it. The fridge was rummaged through and then came the parr ingredients and the idea.
- Cut the hunting sausage into cubes, also finely dice the onions. The zucchini came from the garden and was also diced. Heat a little oil and butter in the pan and sweat the sausage. Add the onions and finally the zucchini. Salt.
- When everything is going well, add the mushrooms and let them cook. Put the lid on the pan and wait. If there is too much liquid, just keep cooking with the lid open. That is already reduced. Pepper …… done.
- Boil the noodles in sparkling water of course until they are ready. Everything on your plate and off you go.
- Then there were some umbrella mushrooms that we found on the roadside. They are cleaned, the stem removed and cut into larger pieces. Now bread with egg and breadcrumbs. Bake in oil and it tastes very good too. They just came along ……
