Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 160 g flour
- 1 large egg(s)
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 90 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 large egg(s)
- 80 ml milk
- 15 blueberries
- 15 sour cherries
- 15 pieces of mandarin orange(s), individual segments
- 2 apples, approx., cut into 15 small slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
for a 16cm springform pan
First, mix the sugar, flour, softened butter, baking powder, and egg into a dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a 16 cm springform pan. For a nice edge, press patterns into the dough with a fork. For the topping, mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and egg. Gradually add the milk. The dough should not be too runny. Spread half of the quark mixture on the dough. Place blueberries, tangerines, cherries, and apple slices on each quarter of the dough. Spread the remaining quark mixture on top. Bake the four-season cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
