Foxy’s Snackbar: Snacks with Salmon Sauce
The perfect foxy’s snackbar: snacks with salmon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmoncream
- Lettuce
- 1 Sliced cucumber
- Cream cheese
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dill tips
Decoration
- Fresh dill
- Possibly small Salmon pieces or crabs

- Bake the rolls according to the package instructions (you can of course also take some from the bakery …) let them cool and then cut them diagonally into slices.
Salmon sauce
- Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and puree in a tall container with the hand blender. Add the cream cheese and lemon juice and mix well with the blender. Mix in the dill tips with a fork or spoon. I then put the salmon sauce in a piping bag
