Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 140 g ham, cooked
  • 160 g cheese, Gouda in a block (or slices)
  • 60 g herb butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick and easy

Boil the potatoes in their jackets, peel them, and slice them. Grease a baking dish and layer them with potatoes about 2 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper. Place two slices of cooked ham on top. Slice the Gouda cheese and arrange them on top. Cut the herb butter into thin flakes and spread them over the top. Add another layer: potatoes, ham, Gouda cheese, and herb butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. The cheese should be completely melted.
