Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease and flour a tart tin. Roughly chop the chocolate coating and melt it in a double boiler. Add the butter in pieces and let everything melt together. Beat the eggs and powdered sugar until frothy, sift in the flour and fold in briefly. Let the chocolate-butter mixture cool slightly, then add it and mix everything into a smooth batter. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart tin. Bake in the hot oven for a maximum of 18 minutes. The French chocolate tart should still be soft on the inside! Let the tart cool briefly in the tin, then turn it out onto a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy while still warm!
