Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml chicken broth, from cubes
- 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely crushed
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- Pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a jam jar, close it and mix well.
