Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put all ingredients into a well-cleaned jam jar, close it, and shake like a mixer until everything is well mixed.
