Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 potatoes
- 3 drops of Tabasco
- 4 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
oven fries
Mix the oil, Tabasco, and salt in a large bowl. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Add the fries to the bowl and toss with the oil, Tabasco, and salt. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the fries on the tray. Shelf level: 2nd tray. Temperature: Top/bottom heat, 220°C, preheated. Baking time: 35-40 minutes. Tip: Turn the fries over after 20 minutes of baking to ensure they’re crispy all over.
