Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- 100 g ham, raw
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 200 ml cream OR:
- 200 ml sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 shot of white wine
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Knead all the dough ingredients together, shape into a ball, and wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. Dice the ham and mix with the grated cheese, eggs, a small splash of white wine, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. If you prefer a lower-fat version, you can replace the whipped cream with sour cream. Roll out the dough and line a greased 26cm springform pan with it. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Spread the ham mixture evenly over the crust and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Can also be eaten cold.
