- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 25 g herbs (8-herb mixture, frozen)
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)

Finely chop the garlic clove and grate the onion. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. A fresh spread for bread.
