Plum Tart

Mix the flour and 40g of sugar. Knead in 3 tablespoons of cold water and the butter in pieces. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Wash, halve, and pit the plums. For the glaze, mix together the yogurt, eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, and custard powder. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a greased baking tin. Prick the base several times. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes. Now place the plums on the base. Spread the glaze over the top with a knife and bake for 25-30 minutes. The tart also tastes delicious topped with raspberries instead of plums and with chocolate sprinkles kneaded into the dough.
