Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the ham sausage and cheese into small cubes. Also finely chop the eggs, tomatoes, and onion. Place everything in a bowl, add the sour cream, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
