Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 150 g poultry aspic, thinly sliced
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 onions
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the sausage into strips. Tear the aspic into pieces. Cut the cheese into sticks and the onions into thin rings. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Mix the sausage, cheese, and onions with the vinaigrette. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and drain. Cut the chives into rolls and stir them into the salad along with the lamb’s lettuce just before serving. Season to taste.
