Whisk the eggs, sugar, and cinnamon together. Then cut the donuts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the egg mixture. Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes to absorb the liquid. Now add the chocolate pieces and mix everything well again. Pour everything into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius. You can sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top at the end, depending on your cinnamon taste. To serve, drizzle with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce. Or all three! Tip: This also tastes great with blueberries or peaches instead of chocolate.
