Soak the slices of toast thoroughly in the liquid batter and fry in a pan on both sides. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of toast, along with the raw asparagus and slices of boiled egg. Sprinkle with a few cubes of ham (you can omit them if you like) and a few flakes of cream cheese. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake on the baking sheet at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with the sliced spring onions. Serve with hollandaise sauce or garlic yogurt, depending on your taste.
