Baked minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g minced beef
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili flakes
  • herbs, fresh
  • 3 rolls, can also be from the day before

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Sauté the onion in olive oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with soy sauce, tomato paste, and the other spices. Let cool slightly. Finely chop the peppers and tomatoes and mix with the cream cheese, grated cheese, and minced meat. I then add some curry leaves, parsley, and dill. Season again to taste. Cut open the rolls, spread with the mixture, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until crispy and brown. Serve with fresh salad.
