Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 1 jar olives, black, pitted
- 1 cup of crab
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bag of ready-made salad dressing mix (Salad dressing with dill herbs)

great for grilling!
Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. I let them stand for a moment and then discard the water. Dice the feta cheese and add the prawns and black olives. This salad can be prepared at this stage at lunchtime if, for example, you’re planning a barbecue in the evening. I don’t mix the ingredients yet, but leave them in layers in the bowl. Shortly before eating, I finely chop the fresh dill and mix the dill and herb salad dressing with the herbs and add it to the salad. The salad smells super fresh of the dill and tastes simply fantastic, assuming you like olives and feta cheese! It’s a hit at every summer party at our house. If you like, you can also mix the salad dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, but I’ve always found the salad turns out best using the packets of Salatkrönung (salad dressing) for dill herbs.
