Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g shrimp tails, cooked, frozen
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 1 m.-large pepper, yellow
- 1 lettuce(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small jar of pitted black olives
- 1 pack of spice mix (salad seasoning with garden herbs)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with feta cheese, olives, peppers, tomatoes and lettuce
Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the thinly sliced garlic with the shrimp on both sides until lightly golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and let cool. Dice the tomato and feta cheese, halve and slice the peppers. Thinly slice the olives. Mix the cooled shrimp with the remaining ingredients. Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce. Wash the lettuce in cold water and drain. Cut out the stalks, spin the leaves dry, and add them to the remaining salad. Mix 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the salad dressing and carefully mix the dressing into the salad.
