Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g wheat, freshly crushed
  • 80 g buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp pear juice (pear syrup)
  • 175 g blueberries
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Put the wheat bran in a bowl and mix with about 100 ml of water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, thoroughly mix the buttermilk and pear syrup into the bran. Wash and sort the blueberries, let them drain well, arrange them on top of the muesli and serve. Tip: This fresh grain muesli also tastes good with other fruits such as grated apples, quartered strawberries or grapes. Instead of buttermilk, you can also use yogurt, quark, sour milk, kefir or regular milk. It looks especially pretty when garnished with mint or lemon balm leaves.
