Fresh homemade large salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 1/2 packs of feta cheese or sheep’s cheese, approx. 300 g
  • 4 baby corn or 4 tbsp corn kernels
  • ½ cucumber(s), depending on size also 2/3
  • 2 ½ tomatoes
  • 10 olives
  • ¼ head of lettuce, of your choice
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g watermelon(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the cheese. Cut the baby corn into small pieces. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, quarter it, and slice it. Quarter the tomatoes in the same way. Pick off the lettuce leaves, wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Cut the peppers into diamond shapes and then halve them again. Dice the watermelon into small cubes. Peel the red onion and slice it into rings. Sprinkle with the olives. Mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper and stir well with a small fork to combine everything. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the dressing, then stir well again. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
