Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirals), regular or whole wheat
  • 5 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Chives and parsley
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and then rinse in cold water. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Wash the cucumber, halve it, and slice it. Wash the radishes and onions. Quarter the radishes and slice the spring onions. Mix the vegetables and pasta. Wash and chop the herbs and mix with the yogurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour some of the dressing over the salad and serve the rest on the side.
