Fresh Tomato Soup
The perfect fresh tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Ripe tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- 20 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 bunch Basil
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- Quarter tomatoes, sauté in tomato paste and oil. Add the broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the basil into strips and add. Now you can sprinkle the soup with croutons or baked with mozzarella slices. Good Appetite
