Lamb Steak with Potatoes, Broccoli and Mortar

  • 500 g Lamb steak
  • 200 g Potato freshly peeled
  • 200 g Fresh carrots
  • 200 g Fresh broccoli
  • 1 piece Thyme
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 2 tsp Virgin olive oil
  1. Fry the lamb steak in virgin olive oil. Now season the steak with salt and pepper and cook with the thyme in the oven at 80 degrees for 45 minutes. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
