Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wild garlic, fresh, without stems
- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 7 g coarse-grained sea salt
Instructions

Very tasty with pasta or sautéed potatoes, mixed with porridge or rice, added to scrambled eggs, etc.
Wash and dry the wild garlic, remove the stems, and finely slice the leaves. Combine all of the above ingredients in a blender and puree. Transfer to a small twist-off jar and top with a little oil for better preservation.
