Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g pork loin(s)
- 10 slices of bacon
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika – cream, hot

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the pork loin into two pieces. Season one half with salt and pepper and wrap in bacon. Season the other half with the same amount of salt and pepper and spread with the paprika cream. Then wrap in bacon as well. Cook indirectly on a kettle grill with the lid closed for about 30 minutes until the core temperature reaches about 70°C (grill temperature about 130°C). Then briefly sear on all sides over direct heat until crispy. Cut into slices to serve. Serve with salad and/or potato gratin.
