Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ avocados
- 100 g shrimp tails
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 sprig(s) dill
- e.g. chives
- 1 lemon(s)
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco

Scoop out the flesh from the avocados with a spoon and puree with the lemon juice and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the salmon and shrimp tails and mix, then season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche and add the chopped chives. Layer each glass with a layer of guacamole, then a layer of salmon and shrimp, then a layer of cream. Garnish with a piece or slice of smoked salmon and some chopped dill.
