Fried banana with rum raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tsp rum raisins
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp breadcrumbs (cookie crumbs)

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Halve the banana lengthwise and fry it in a covered pan with the skin on until the skin turns black and the banana starts to peel from the sides. Meanwhile, place some biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Top each banana half with 2 teaspoons of rum raisins, then 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and finally 1 teaspoon of biscuit crumbs. Scoop the banana out of the skin.
