Fried bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp honey, nB also more

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Cut the bananas into small slices. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the banana slices until they are nice and hot. Sprinkle cinnamon over the fried slices and drizzle with a few spoonfuls of honey.
