Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • some salt and pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat 2 eggs with salt and a little pepper. Roll 2 slices of brown bread in the mixture and fry in a pan with a little butter, like schnitzel. If there’s any leftover egg, simply pour it over the eggs, cover, and let it set. Add a small salad, and you’re done. Don’t set the heat too high, or it’ll turn black.
