Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 squid(s) (frozen), in tube form or a bag of calamari in rings
- n. B. wheat flour
- e.g. oil for frying
- Salt

fried squid, tapas
Thaw the calamari and cut into approximately 1 cm wide rings or strips, coat in flour, and fry in small batches until golden brown. Then sprinkle with salt. This is how simply calamari fritos are prepared as tapas in my hometown of Seville. They are served with lemon wedges for drizzling, alioli, or other sauces for dipping according to your taste.
