Fried carrots in yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots and onion. Heat the oil in a pan and add the grated carrots. Fry until the carrots turn a lighter color and become sweeter in flavor (about 30 minutes). In the meantime, add the yogurt and salt and the garlic clove. Once the carrots are tender, fold in the yogurt. Serve warm or cold.
