Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml milk
- 40 g fat
- ½ cube of yeast, fresh or 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form a yeast dough. Knead thoroughly. Let it rise in a bowl in a warm place for about 25 minutes. Then knead again and form into a loaf. Let it rise for another 10 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C to 220°C for about 40 to 45 minutes.
