Fried cauliflower slices

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • pepper
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the cauliflower and remove the stem. Divide the cabbage into florets and cut them into approximately ½ cm thick slices. Fry the slices in a non-stick pan with olive oil and butter over low heat until light brown on both sides, so the slices are cooked through but still have a bite. Season with Fondor and pepper. This makes a delicious vegetable side dish for many dishes and also offers a visually appealing alternative.
