Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp coarse-grained mustard
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 250 ml white wine
- 200 ml cream
- Salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- Ribbon pasta as required
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the meat into cubes. Heat butter and oil in a pan and brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and set aside. Add mustard to the frying fat and deglaze with wine. Stir in cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the meat and heat through. Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions and serve with the meat.
