Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g rice
- Olive oil for frying
- 1 cauliflower
- vegetable broth
- 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- Garam Masala
- Ginger, optional
- Salt
- Cress, optional

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
vegan, healthy, simple
Cook the rice in a pot according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash the cauliflower and slice the florets. It’s okay if they fall apart a little. Gently fry the cauliflower slices in olive oil in a pan over relatively high heat. Deglaze the cauliflower with vegan cream and almond milk. Add the cooked rice and season with the spices. I used some cress for garnish.
