Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 chicken legs
  • 2 eggs
  • some condensed milk or whipped cream
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • n. B. Flour (Wiener Griesler)
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. rapeseed oil or clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper (do not wash the thighs beforehand). Whisk the eggs with a little condensed milk or whipped cream. Coat the chicken thighs first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Press the coating firmly onto the surface. Add about 1 cm of oil to a large frying pan, heat, and fry the chicken thighs over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes on each side. Remove, drain on kitchen paper, and serve with a potato and mayonnaise salad.
