Pechuga de pollo with lime and ajo

Peel the garlic and cut into sticks. Wash the lemon with hot water, peel the rind thinly with a vegetable peeler, and cut into sticks. Squeeze the lemon. Slice the chicken breast and place it in a freezer bag with the remaining ingredients. Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one to two days. Remove the chicken breast strips from the marinade, pat dry, season with salt and a generous amount of paprika, and coat in flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast strips for 1-2 minutes on each side. Tip: Freeze the chicken breast strips in the marinade in portions and thaw in the refrigerator when needed.
