Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 liter pudding (vanilla pudding), cooled
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans of apricots
  • ½ liter cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A sheet cake that always gets sold out

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder into a smooth batter and spread it on a deep baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes. Mix the cold pudding with the sour cream and spread it on the cake. Place the drained apricots on top, leaving some space between them. Then bake the whole thing again at 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions and pour it over the cooled cake.
