Fried egg on sucuk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small sucuk
  • some parsley
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some chili powder
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, peel the skin off the sucuk and slice the sausage into slices (approx. 5 mm). Then finely chop the bell peppers and parsley. Heat a pan with a little butter and fry the sucuk on one side over medium heat until they begin to curl, then flip them. Immediately add the bell peppers and fry briefly. Then crack the eggs into the pan and cover the pan. When the eggs are done, sprinkle with the parsley and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste.
