Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 2 Sucuk
- some Pul Biber
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the zucchini and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the sucuk into small pieces and fry separately until crispy. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the spices. Once the zucchini are done frying, pour the eggs over the zucchini and let them set. Serve the scrambled eggs and sucuk side by side on a plate. A perfect combination for a hearty breakfast.
