  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 slice(s) of bread(s), whole grain
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them with the halved tomatoes. Place the bread in the toaster. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, basil, and paprika. Use salt and basil for the tomatoes. Brush the bread with olive oil, salt, and season with basil, oregano, and paprika. Place the cooked eggs on the bread and arrange the tomatoes next to them with a few fresh basil leaves.
