Fried Egg with Vegetables

The perfect fried egg with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Braising:

  • 20 g Leeks, rings
  • 1 Wooden spoon Vegetable broth / cooking liquid

to add:

  • 2 piece Chicken eggs
  • 20 g Mix diced
  • 20 g Celery bulb, white, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 piece Cheese slice
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt flavored

Fried egg with vegetables:

  1. Chop the vegetables and sear them with sunflower oil and cooking liquid in the pan and turn them several times, after 5 minutes add the two eggs and stir in the still hot pan and then let set. Finally, put the cheese on top to bake and put the lid on the pan (2 min.)

Use:

  1. For breakfast or dinner, with and without side dishes. Goes best with bread or potatoes.
