Tomato Salad with Avocados

The perfect tomato salad with avocados recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 4 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 piece Fresh avocado
  • 4 Tablespoon White balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel and dice the eggs. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel. Dice the avocado in the bowl with the tomatoes and eggs. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and chilli with the oil and add to the bowl over the salad.
  2. Mix everything together and cool. Serve with toast.
