Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 slices of salami
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the stovetop and add the eggs to the pan. Toast the slices of bread. You can use buttered or whole-wheat toast, depending on your taste. Turn the fried eggs over in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Spread the slices of bread with mustard and place a slice of salami on each slice. Place the fried eggs on the bread, let them cool briefly, and enjoy.
