Fried eggs with chicken breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g cheese, mild-spicy, grated
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • some clarified butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with kitchen paper. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry in a small pan until the meat is cooked through. Crack the four eggs and distribute them evenly in the pan next to the meat. Before covering the pan, season again with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let the eggs set over low heat until the yolks are evenly cooked and the whites are completely white. Sprinkle the grated cheese between the yolks and let it melt.
