Fried goat cheese with grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (goat cheese), smoked
  • 300 g grapes, blue
  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Arugula (rocket) as garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices. Wash, halve, and deseed the grapes. Divide the bread among four plates. Heat the oil and fry the cheese until light brown on both sides. Place on the bread slices. Season with pepper. Toss the grapes in the hot oil and arrange on the bread. Garnish with arugula.
