Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 100 g feta cheese, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp chili oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Trim the woody ends from the washed asparagus and cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Fry in the chili oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until al dente. Add the finely chopped garlic and feta cheese cubes for the last 3 minutes. Serve warm.
